A unique rural steading development which was one of the first approved under North Lanarkshire’s Rural Investment Area policy in 2012. This cluster development takes the layout and mass of a traditional rural farm development but the dwellings themselves are a contemporary version of the traditional vernacular of rural Scottish design.
