Dorrans New Build House, Bothwell

The design of this bespoke new build home was influenced by the shape and character of the site. The triangular site informed a unique solution to the client brief with a central entrance which connects to rooms on each side creating a more private rear garden. The 6 bedroom property also includes a gym, games room and annex living space. A large open plan kitchen, dining and living space opens up to the south facing garden.
