Hamilton House Extension and Alterations, Airdrie

Our client planned to turn this house into a modern family home. The existing bungalow was fully refurbished with lots of internal alterations and a 87m2 extension to create a home that met our client’s brief. Large living spaces were key and the existing shape of the house allowed the design to include a variety in the public spaces through the home from larger to smaller private rooms. This deceiving bungalow was transformed to create a 4 bedroom home with a large master bedroom, dressing room and feature en-suite. The home also includes a large garage, utility, study and games room in addition to two living areas and an open plan kitchen, dining space. Design features are incorporated throughout through feature glazed areas, a well defined main entrance and a n external fireplace which can be enjoyed on a more quiet and secluded patio.
