Longmuir House Extension and Alterations, Clarkston, Glasgow

The client’s priority was to bring their 1930’s house up to modern living standards with a full internal refurbishment and the addition of a single storey rear extension of around 50m2. Reconfiguration of the main ground floor living spaces allows for an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which connects to the wonderful rear garden. The vaulted ceiling adds extra volume to the modern living space and allows for lots of glazing and natural light through the feature windows.
