Our client wanted to reconfigure and extend their home to meet their modern living requirements. The brief was to remove and replace the existing roof to make better use of the first floor living spaces. The house itself did not have a clear frontage or entrance and our client was keen to create a well-defined main entrance to the home. An extension to the front and back of the property improved the internal layout of the house moving the key living space to the back of the property where they can engage with the garden. The building fabric was also upgraded with improved insulation, new windows and improvement to the existing external finishes to completely transform this home. The home boasts 4 generous bedrooms with en-suites and dressing rooms, large living areas as well as an office space, TV room and utility.
